Cognus’ Traveller Education Service was proud to promote and celebrate Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month (GRTHM) again last year in collaboration with schools in both Sutton and Merton by running a competition for the children and young people that we support.
Their task was to create a poster about Traveller history, or what being a Traveller means to them, or what they like about being a Traveller.
We hosted events to present the winners with the prizes. Congratulations to all of the winners and everyone that submitted an entry – they were all fantastic!
