Health Support

The National Health Service support us in many different ways. Here we can find information about different health conditions and our local services.
It is important that you find and register with a GP that suits what you need. Some GP surgeries offer more services than others. You can look up GP surgeries to see what they offer and how they compare. You can register online or by completing the relevant form.
Find a dental surgery that’s convenient for you, Dental surgeries will not always have  capacity. You may have to join a waiting list, look for a different dentist who is taking on new NHS patients, or be seen privately.
Getting It On offers easy access to relevant services for young people at a time they need them without the fear of being judged.
Sutton Health & Care provides community services in Sutton, caring for adults in their own homes across the borough, providing children’s community health services, and sexual health services.
