Please complete the form or contact inclusion@cognus.org.uk to book a 30 minute virtual slot. This is either to talk about 1 child for 30 minutes or 2 children for 15 minutes each.

We will be offering information, advice and guidance to parents and carers in relation to their child or young person, with a view to making their education journey more successful.
