The Paving the Way team held another successful Primary Family Support Group, between April 2024 and June 2024.
I am now more understanding of the behaviours my children display
We all have struggles and things we find hard to cope with
Giving time to myself and not be so tough on myself is something I will try and do!
I have found it all really useful and some of the topics covered have been so interesting and relatable to me. It’s been great to hear about other parents struggles and different experiences
It has made me realise that actually I am quite good!
The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and there was a lot of laughter!
We now do the ‘grateful exercise’ everyday
during dinner and my daughter loves it. I will try shouting less and say things in a more positive way
