Our SEND Service recognise the need for clear advice, support and partnership when a family think their child may have additional needs and work hard to provide this. We would like to share an example of feedback we have received from a parent who the SEND Service have been working with through the ENCNA process, with consistent communication with their EHCP Coordinator and school.
