Marks and Starts (16-25)
The Marks and Spencer’s programme is back! Marks and Spencer have placement across London which will give you the chance to learn about the world of retail and customer service! You will take part in a 4 week work placement, including employability support, interview workshops and the chance to gain a part time contract at the end of your placement! Travel, lunch and uniform will be provided whilst on programme

Get into Hospitality with Edwardian Hotels (18-30)
Join our two-week Hospitality programme where you will meet people and learn new skills, as well as gain valuable work experience within the Hospitality sector in a brand-new luxury 5* Hotel in the heart of London. You will be trained before starting work placements in various roles in the new hotel The Londoner including, Room Attendant, House Steward, Back of House Assistant, Maintenance Assistant, Meeting and Events Assistant and Food and Beverage Assistant. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in high-end hospitality sector.

Get Into Customer Service with bp (18-30) – London (Bromley, Orpington, Eltham, Lewisham, Croydon, Greenwich, Tooting and Wandsworth)
The Princes Trust and bp has a brand new programme with employment opportunities. Meet new people and learn new skills as well as gaining amazing work experience and access to live part time and full time vacancies! Includes on-the-job training including customer service and money handling in a local bp store with regular feedback and guidance via a dedicated buddy.
Travel, lunch and uniform provided on the programme.

Get Into Customer Service with South Eastern Trains (18 – 30)
The Prince’s Trust have partnered with South Eastern Railway to help you build your skills, knowledge and experience of customer service in the railway sector. Join our free programme to get 2 weeks of online training and 2weeks of work experience in railway stations across London. Get the chance to secure guaranteed interviews for paid positions with SER upon completion of the course.

- Introduction to key professional skills such as confidence, time management and motivation
- Health & Safety and First Aid training
- How to give excellent customer service
- On-the-job training
- Preparing for work, including CV and interview skills

Interested in a career in Hospitality and Culinary Arts? (16 – 30)
Put your cooking skills to the test, meet new people, learn some new skills in the kitchen and gain a qualification to help build your career in the sector! The 2 week taster session will help you learn your way around the kitchen and at the end of the taster you may have the opportunity to enrol in a 3 years paid apprenticeship with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

Get Started in Music (16-30)
The Prince’s Trust and The Irene Taylor Trust are offering a FREE music course for young people who are not in education, training or employment in London and for those that are interested in gaining an introduction to creating music. Participants will compose their own songs in groups and create a radio show.

Achieve (16 – 25)
The Achieve programme aims to create opportunities for young people by helping them to increase their confidence and develop the skills that they need to succeed in whatever they choose to do next.
