We are hosting a programme of training sessions in 2023-24 to ensure that foster carers can gain access to educational knowledge to help them in their role.
Please find attached our CPD programme for 2023-24 and a link to sign up for the training sessions. Once you have signed up on the link, we will send you out the meeting invites with the Teams link.

The sessions are available to all foster carers, whether you are linked to the LA or IFA. It would be great to have as many of you as possible join us, and we would welcome any new foster carers who have not previously attended a Sutton Virtual School training session. All the sessions will have a theme linked to education and will be jointly led by Sutton Virtual School and Cognus Educational Psychology service. You will also have the opportunity to raise any individual questions in relation to education.
The sessions will be attended by Kate Leyshon, Headteacher Sutton Virtual School and Kate Payne, Educational Psychologist. We hope that you will be able to join us and please share this invitation widely across your networks as we would love for the training to reach as many families as possible.
