As part of the move we will be moving away from Google mail and Calendar to Outlook. In Calendars, so that everyone is using the same colour coding for meetings, please can you use the following:
- Busy to be used for busy at Head office
- Working Elsewhere is as it says, but make sure your entry details where you are
- Out of Office is used for holiday, sickness or other absence
- Tentative is for example multiple times allocated for a meeting and those times not used will be deleted once time agreed
- Free can be overbooked this should mainly be used for personal reminders
- Private appointments please use the Private lock if necessary.
